This flexible concept also apply into the selling price. This means that consumers can still bargain goods to be purchased, although the price of building materials has been written on each product.

“The price offered by Madju Utama store is not price fix. Consumers can still bid price. Even groceries can delivery to customers home without extra cost and there is no minimum limit purchasing “, said Racmad.

Products offered by Madju Utama Stores is building material that are included in the category of finishing.

Among them, paint, home accessories such as bathroom taps, sanitary, door handles and kitchen set. According to Rachmad, the price of building materials are sold very competitive and acceptable to the consumer.

“That’s what distinguishes beetween Madju Utama store  with other building materials stores. In fact, every Saturday and Sunday we Preparing free snacks for our consumers, whether shopping or not spend, ” said Racmad.

Although this store is located at Jalan Raya Kalimalang (near Hospital Budi Lestari), customers not only from around Kalimalang area, customers also come from karawang, Cibitung, and Cikampek. “There are also our customers who came from Cirebon, and other far places” said Rachmad again. (Ang)

According to Sihol Sarumpaet, the service of Mobile Advertising in world forums such response was very positive and always received the attention of the participants APMF, both from domestic and foreign.

According to him, Indonesia as one of the countries that experienced quite rapid growth in industrial media, although some areas are currently economic crisis.

Therefore, computers are the hot-selling on the market. Goals and needs are clearly identified, but there’s still one thing that block before deciding to buy a computer. In selling the computer, sometimes there was a  misunderstanding between the buyer and the computer’s seller, especially if the sale is assembled computers. It’s different if the sale is a  built up computer. What kind of computer should I buy and what things should I know before you buy Computer Accessories? These questions can be answered hopefully through this article.

Yesterday, we spent about three hours trying to convince a client of ours that brand new computers just don’t come equipped with the all things that most computers need in a PC. We tried to convince him that a fully functional computer is one that is personalized with specially selected hardware and software accessories – and that the computer purchased at the store doesn’t come with these things. Unfortunately, all of our convincing was to our avail. Our client insisted that he should never need more than what came
with his boxed product and that we were just trying “bilk” more money out of him.

It was not easy, especially if we sell computers to new consumers. They do not understand that computers are sold, has the facilities and standards feature, where if we want to have more functionality, we can purchase additional accessories.

As computer consultants, it’s our job and mission to make sure our clients are 100% satisfied when they walk out our offices. But our job is unnecessarily made harder when people don’t take the time to learn about computer accessories and familiarize themselves with the limitations of store-bought computers. Hopefully by the time you finish reading this article, you’ll understand the lesson that we were trying to teach our client: “What comes out of the box is really just a starter kit.”

Computer sellers, they sell computers made by the vendor or assembled by the computer store, usually selling computers in a certain package. Where more features in a computer package offered, the price is more expensive.

The typical computer package comes with a CPU unit, keyboard, mouse, and speaker set. That may be just fine for some, but most people require more than that especially in today’s “connected” society. Today’s users require full multimedia capabilities, a wide range of graphics tools, and accommodations for the various portables we now enjoy. These extras aren’t included with “what comes out of the box,” and the only way to get them is to accessorize.
